Puppet error : If you got this error

“err: Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server certificate B: certificate verify failed”

while running puppetd –test on agent server, mostly its because of incorrect time.

Fix

You need to correct the time and re-initiate puppetd –test again. It will fix this error.
