1. Connect to the server via RDP and accessed cmd as Run as Administrator

2.  Then execute the following commands to recalculate the statistics of domain.com

plesk sbin statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=domain.com

"%plesk_bin%"\web_statistics_executor.exe --calculate-domain 
--domain-name=domain.com --webspace-name=domain.com

"%plesk_bin%"\statistics.exe --generate-domain-webstat 
--domain-name=domain.com
